NEWLY UPDATED:

• Added a Neon Webneko to Index. Webneko can be added to your own sites here.
• You can find aforementioned Webneko on the top-right. Click on it to play "Chase the Mouse", click it again to stop.
• Added Centering to Changelog, along with horizontal lines between entries.
